1) How long is the equipment warranty?
A: The warranty is 12month since you received machine.
After 12 months, we can supply you after-sales service still.

2) What is the delivery lead-time?
A:Normally 5-30 days upon receipt of your orders and its deposit.

3) What is your payment terms?
A: It is  necessary for you to 60% pay deposit and finish balance before shipment.

4) Can you customize for us? Can you OEM/ODM for us?
A: Yes, of course. We need you send us the terminal crimper sample or finished sample to make sure the machine meet your need.

5) What is your MOQ?
A: 1 set is also acceptable.

6) Can you shorten the lead time when we need large quantity.
We often have some standard machine in stock. The delivery time is often 1 week. But we need negotiation for the customized machine.
